Question 1

Who can apply to become an Epaynex merchant?

Accepted Answer

Registered businesses that sell goods or services and need to collect customer payments — consultants, agencies, travel and hospitality, education, software, logistics, B2B suppliers and more. Eligibility is ultimately confirmed by our payment partner.

Question 2

What happens after I apply?

Accepted Answer

We review your application, then invite you to start provider-hosted payment setup from your merchant portal. The payment provider verifies your business and enables charges and payouts on your own account.

Question 3

What information do I need?

Accepted Answer

Your business details for the Epaynex application, then whatever your payment provider requires for verification — typically business registration details and identification for the account owner.

Question 4

Which currencies and payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

Available markets and payment methods depend on merchant eligibility and our payment partners. Your connected provider account determines exactly what your customers can use.

Question 5

When do I receive the money?

Accepted Answer

Funds are settled to your own connected payment account by the payment provider. Processing and payout timing depend on the applicable payment provider, payment method and merchant.

Question 6

Does Epaynex hold my money?

Accepted Answer

No. Epaynex does not hold customer or merchant funds. Payments are processed by the approved payment provider directly into your own connected account, and Epaynex collects a platform fee on the transaction.

Question 7

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

You pay the payment provider's processing fee plus the Epaynex platform fee. Both are shown to you before you go live, along with the amount you receive.

Question 8

Are there setup or monthly fees?

Accepted Answer

Starter is pay as you process with no monthly commitment. Growth, Scale and Enterprise terms are agreed with our team.

Question 9

How does Epaynex keep payments secure?

Accepted Answer

Checkout is hosted by the payment provider, so card details never reach Epaynex. Provider-confirmed payment outcomes are accepted through signed, verified events, while merchant actions are recorded in the event trail.

Question 10

Do I need developers?

Accepted Answer

No. Payment requests and payment links work from the merchant portal with no code. Provider and webhook integration support can be used as your needs grow.
